　　The spherical bearing with seat is a kind of bearing unit which combines rolling bearing and bearing seat. Most of the outer spherical bearings are made of the outer diameter of the spherical surface, and are installed together with the bearing seat with the spherical inner hole.

　　

　　At the same time, this kind of bearing also has a certain centricity in design, easy to install, with double structure sealing device, and can work in bad environment. The bearing seat is generally cast. Common seats include vertical seat (P), square seat (f), convex square seat (FS), convex circular seat (FC), diamond seat (FL), circular seat (c), slide block seat (T).

　　

　　The spherical bearing with seat can be divided into bearing center and bearing seat. In terms of nomenclature, it is called bearing center plus bearing seat. For example, uc205 with set screw is equipped with vertical seat called UCP205. Because of its strong interchangeability, the bearing center can be assembled in the bearing seat with the same specification and different shapes at will.

　　

　　It is mainly used to bear the combined radial and axial load mainly based on the radial load. Generally, it is not suitable to bear the axial load alone. This kind of bearing can be installed with inner ring (with full set of rollers and retainers) and outer ring respectively. This kind of bearing does not allow the shaft to tilt relative to the shell, and will generate additional axial force under the radial load. The axial clearance of this kind of bearing has a great influence on the normal operation of the bearing. When the axial clearance is too small, the temperature rise is high; when the axial clearance is large, the bearing is easy to be damaged. Therefore, during the installation and operation, special attention should be paid to adjusting the axial clearance of the bearing. If necessary, pre interference installation can be carried out to increase the rigidity of the bearing.
